If you have the External User Admin role you can re-issue the email with a new secuerity token. Please note that the user nust have a status of 'Provisioned'.


  1. Select the Admin - Users tab
  2. Find the user in the list
  3. Select the 3 dots next to the user on the left
  4. Select re-issue access


The user will receive an e-mail to complete their registration.
