To re-issue the sign up email in the DST Secure Portal please follow these steps:


  1. Select Users under Admin
  2. Find the user that requires user access reissued 
  3. Narrow search by using the search fields
  4. Select the three dots and click Re-Issue Access
  5. This will initiate the access process

NB you will only be able to Re-issue access when users are at Provisioned account and Never Signed In. 



For links issued before 12 October they will only be valid for 3 days before it will expire

For links issued after 12 October they will be valid for 7 days before it will expire
