To re-issue the sign up email in the DST Secure Portal please follow these steps:
- Select Users under Admin
- Find the user that requires user access reissued
- Narrow search by using the search fields
- Select the three dots and click Re-Issue Access
- This will initiate the access process
NB you will only be able to Re-issue access when users are at Provisioned account and Never Signed In.
The link will only be valid for 3 days before it will expire
